Abstract (EN)
Since 1929 depression, it can be observed that working of free market economy has lost credit. In addition the idea which defends that state intervention to the economy should be limited was forsaken, and Keynesian view defending active state intervention to the economy started to pervade. As a result of rising trend of heavy state intervention to the economy, the number of state owned enterprises has increased and share of state in the economy has expanded. Starting from 1970s, world economy encountered numerous problems; and privatization was proposed as the best solution for these problems. Since the beginning of 1980s, parallel to hegemony of free market economy, "consistency to market mechanism" and "privatization" have been heavily discussed.
