Abstract (EN)
Privatization to applied from 1980s all over the world revealed itsreal results in social area together with its economic purpose and receivedthe most important critics from some negative results in social area. At theconsequence of privatizations it was observed that a complete competitionwas not provided and the capital did not spread for the lowest level of thesociety. In individual and collective business activities some economic, socialand legal hardships were faced with.When looked at the results of privatization activities in Turkey it isseen that social problems play much more important roles than the others.Especially, Inefficiencies, irregularities in Iegal area are far from solving theproblems of mistreated people. It shall be inevitable for the employeesworking in such an environment to react to privatization. Such a situationshall affect the peaceful environment of business life negatively.
