Abstract (EN)

The Covid-19 virus, whichemerged in Wuhan, China in December 2019, spread rapidly and became a pandemic in a short time. The Covid-19 pandemic has become an economic and social crisisand has affected individuals socially, psychologically and economically. Thestress of the individual, who deals with various responsibilities and problems in her working life and family life, has increased due to the effect of the pandemic conditions, and thus sensitivity has occurred in the levels of burnout and life satisfaction. Survey study was used in the research. In the research conducted with 159 employees working in the food sector in Adana, the answers received from the participants were analyzed using the SPSS program, and the relationship between life satisfaction and burnout was evaluated. Descriptive statistical analyzes were carried out through reliabilitytests and regressionanalysis of the relationship between variables in the tested scale. While descriptive statistical statistical analyzes are tested by review, view analysis analyzes are made among those used. Therefore, it is targeted in a small detail from the targeted life in a small detail. In addition, it was observed that there was no significant relationship between the life satisfaction levels of the participants, education level, household income, position in the company and workingy ears in the sector.
