Abstract (EN)
Potato is an annual culture plant which has diseases cause to important losses either in the fields or in the stores. One of these diseases is stem canker and black scurf caused by Rhizoctonia solani Kühn. Pathogen is either soil-borne or seed-borne. Pathogen restrains the transport of nutrients to the organs and entails growth deficiency and losses of productivity by causing decays on the stolon and stem of the plant, on the other hand by causing black scurf, cracks and deformations on the tubers bring about losses of quality and value of marketing . In this thesis; the performance of alternative ozone applications, a biological preparation of Trichoderma harzianum, and a fungicide include Flutolanil effective fungicidal substance as a seed pesticide were compared and evaluated. Disease assessment showed that a biological preparation of Trichoderma harzianum and gas form ozon applications have a positive impact on the disease. Key words: Potato, Rhizoctonia solani, Black Scurf, Ozone, Trichoderma harzianum, Fungicide.
