Abstract (EN)

In this study, computer based software was developed to analysis and evaluation the environmental effectly including ground vibration and noise issues causity by blasting in open pit and applied blasting ground excavation. Regression analysis are required to carry out the field coeffidents for analysis of ground vibration. As it is known that regression analysis are difficult while they are applied without computer aid and also it takes sometimes. For that reason without computer aid, it needs long therm period process to carry out the field coeffident calculator. It can be more reliable to calculate this parameters using computers and also it is fast and safe. For this purpose, the developed software can reach field coeffections applying regression analysis in to vibration measurements belonging to blast process and finds out 95% and 50% estimations limited formulas related with this coeffections. It also calculates necessery values for blast design which are under control and effective using lineer graphics in formulas. Maximum blasting amounts tables can be created for each delays of highest fine speed values using analysis result in permitted regulations and also graphical layouts can be created according to different damage criterions. Field case determination with the values and data for next blasting operations can be done. On the other hand, compares between noise values available for regulations in field and limitations values given in regulations can be investigated and moreover, stone skid calculations using estimated formulas accepted by literature can be made.
