Abstract (EN)
The aim of this methodologic and descriptive study was to adapt The Peristomal Skin Lesions Assessment Tool's (SACS Instrument) Turkish version. The study was conducted in Gazi University Hospital, Çukurova University Faculty of Medicine, İstanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine and Uludağ University Faculty of Medicine Stomatherapy Units. The nurses who are working in these units (8 nurses) and the patiens with peristomal skin lesions who are taking care in these units (100 patients) attended the study.
