Abstract (EN)

The material becomes supercritical fluid above a certain temperature and pressure (critical temperature and critical pressure: critical point), and the supercritical fluid is neither gas nor liquid but has the properties of both. In the literature studies, it has been reported that the use of supercritical carbon dioxide (scCO2) fluid treatment (anhydrous process) technology in textile finishing processes has many advantages. The use of supercritical carbon dioxide (scCO2) in a fluidized environment (non-aqueous process) technology in textile finishing seems to be industrially applicable. When the ScCO2 method is used, chemical consumption is low and wastewater load plays an important role in environmental aspects. In this master thesis; Innovative supercritical carbon dioxide (scCO2) treatment in fluidized media (non-aqueous process) technology has been examined for polyester dyeing. The dyeing changes were analyzed in regions other than the fixed temperature and pressure values (120 ° C and 250 Bar) which were determined for dyeing polyester in supercritical carbon dioxide medium and comparison of the results obtained at different temperature, pressure and density values were performed.
