Abstract (EN)

Today, change of traditional forms with technology manifests itself in almost every field. While this change makes itself felt even among the material and spiritual elements of the culture, new forms of the religion take place in social media. Religion and religious belief forms are at the forefront of the spiritual elements of culture. Social media and its environments, which have become an inseparable part of modern life with the development of the Internet, are a product and carrier of popular culture. With the developing communication Technologies, social media environments have turned into an area where the beliefs and attitudes of the individual are reflected and thus the manifestation of the sacred can be viewed. Shrine visits, which we can consider as folk beliefs are an important dimension of the sacred space- human relationship. The viewpoints of the media and human belief, which are two important representatives of this tribe, are the aim of this study. In order to determine the visibility one shrine from 7 regions was selected as a sample and analyzed by digital ethnography method.
