Abstract (EN)

Brushless DC motors (BLDC) are preferred in today's defense industry, industrial applications and electric cars due to their advantages such as low maintenance requirements, high speed revolutions, low electrical noise and high efficiency compared to brushed motors. In addition to these fields, BLDC motors are widely used in rotating propeller flight equipment and in autonomous flights, the balance regulation of the device is provided by the data obtained from acceleration and xyz-coordinate sensors. In this thesis, the negative effects of external noise on xyz-coordinate data obtained from Gyro-sensor have been investigated and it has been tried to reduce these effects by using various digital filters. In this study, an equilibrium system using two brushless dc motors was designed and the data obtained from the acceleration sensors were transferred to the computer via Arduino controller. LABVIEW program tried to control the balance system by processing these data. In addition, the system was turned into an experimental set and the performance was observed according to the proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controller parameters. Keywords: Brushless DC Motor, BLDC, PID, Arduino, LABVIEW
