Abstract (EN)

This study was aimed to evaluate the prognostic values of IL-6 in patients with soft tissue sarcoma and some biochemical parameters in experimental tests. The results showed the female patients groups excel significantly in male patients with soft tissue sarcoma (STS) recorded 36 females with a percentage 60 % while the male recorded 24 with a percentage 40 %, also the female of control group recorded 42 female with percentage of 70 % while the male recorded 18 with the percentage of 30 %. Results revealed that the patients group significantly reduced the average age as compared to control group which recorded 42.30 years while in control group recorded 67.35 respectively. The tumor size of the patient's group was recorded 10,71 cm with a standard deviation 3.05. The results to important of RBC, HbA1c, GOT, GPT and CRP serum when compared to the control group. The correlation between ALP and STS showed that the patient group had significantly higher mean ALP in serum blood than the control group. The patient group recorded 136.40 U/L of ALP, whereas the control group recorded 68.05 U/L. The results showed that no significant correlation between total bilirubin, IL8 and hemoglobin, Vitamin D, WBC, platelet, and STS between the two tested groups.
