Effect of prolactin on blood levels of LH, FSH and vitamin D and its relationship to fertility level in women

The aim was to find out if there is a correlation between hormonal imbalance (Prolactin, FSH, LH, and Vitamin D3) and infertility in women, the link between social, demographic and clinic characteristics of women between these hormones. The consideration included (102) barrens who went to the center of wealth. The majority of women researchers come from urban areas, according to socio-demographic information (65.69%), while all of them were housewives living in cities (34.31%). Laboratory analysis results for the low fertility group that are close to normal in two subgroups of these major (low) groups with the exception of vitamin D3 which has variants in two subgroups. The other city-dwelling subgroup had a low or abnormal vitamin D3 level. As for the high fertility category, which includes (54) cases and is divided into two groups, the first is housewives who live in villages that have (20) cases, and the second that lives in the city (34) cases. Laboratory analysis of the elevated fertility group was abnormal in all measures of this study. Vitamin D3 levels are also variable between village and urban women who is normal in village women and not normal in urban women.
