Abstract (EN)
In this study, a prototype Charphy and Izod with 32 and 33,2 J capacity impact device have been designed and manufactured in accordance with ASTM E23 and TS EN ISO 148-1 standards. ETIAL-160, ETIAL-171, ETIAL-177, ETIAL-195 and, AC2A aluminum alloys have been tasted with the impact test device developed in the research. As a result of the tests, Charpy and Izod test results have been measured respectively: ETIAL-160, 2.4 J, 6 J; ETIAL-171, 2.3J , 6.5 J; ETIAL-177,2.9J, 6.2J; ETİAL-195 4.9J and Izod samples weren't broken. The tests have shown that impact device is working accurately.
