For all tests, the level of significance (P) was set at the conventional level of 0.05 (two-sided). Results: 55.0% of the patients had depressive disorder, 26.0% had schizophrenic disorder and 19.0% had bipolar disorder. 34.0% of the patients were between the ages of 18-24, 67.0% were female and 50.0% were single. There was a statistically significant (p = 0.654) relationship between the psychological resilience and treatment adherence of the patients and a weak correlation (r = 0.045) in the positive direction. The duration of the diagnosis of the patients affected the Psychological Resilience Scale average score (p = 0.048); Income status also affected the Morisky Medication Adherence Scale averages (p = 0.000).
