Abstract (EN)
Factories manufacturing carpets fall within the textile industry which are highly significant fort he national economy. Furthermore, the levels of psychological capital and job satisfaction of the factory employees influence the process of actualization of goals of the establishment. Even though nowadays the commercial rivalry increases, establishments which have customers with higher satisfactory levels are able to compete and achieve high profitability in such conditions. The aim of this research is to determine the psychological capital levels and job satisfaction ot the employees. With the acguired data, a connection between the dynamics that contribute to the level of psychologial capital and the job satisfaction has been tried to be revealed. According to research, psychological capital levels of the employee which works at the carpet manifacturers and their work satisfaction degree is concluded as "high". Additionally, correlation analysis has been uncovered a statistical linkage between the psychologial capital level and job satisfaction.
