Abstract (EN)
In this study, butyl, hexyl, octyl and decyl substituted room temperature ionic liquid (RTIL) in the form of imidazole bromide salts were synthesized. The chemical structures of RTILs were illuminated with the spectral analysis of HPLC/TOF-MS, NMR, FT-IR and characterized with respect to their physicochemical properties. Polymer inclusion ionic membrans (PIIM) were prepared with using PVDF-HFP as polymer support and RTIL as carrier (extractant) and plasticizer. Prepared PIM's were utilized selective Co(II) exraction from aqueous SCN- solution. The governor parameters like as membran thickness, carriers type and rate, plasticizers type and rate were investigated to identify optimum transport conditions. Transport capacity and selectivity of the membran were determined by the performed experimental studies with using optimized PIIM. Consequently, surface characterization and changes of PIIMs on metal transport were determined with SEM, AFM and contact angle measurements before and after transport procedure.
