Abstract (EN)
In this study, mesoporous silica nanoparticles (MSN) as a multifunctional biocompatible probe were used. Solution-based synthesis method was used that followed by structure-directing agent removal. Fluorescent dyes are encapsulated into MSN in order to provide optical imaging. Indocyanine green (ICG) which is used as the fluorescent dye was encapsulated to MSN and endowed relatively durable fluorescence characteristic. With this novel multifunctional probe, It is thought that antigen-specific T cells will be imaged using in vivo SPECT/Optical imaging with Dual modality and contribute to the concept of T cells transferring system for the diagnosis of cancer.
