The features of Turkey's welfare regime consists of different welfare regime features therefore it seems that the structure is eclectic form. Clientalist services, shadow employment, role of family components which avoids the welfare services to be efficent. Therefore general agreement is that Turkey is part of Southesteran European regime. As a consequence of neoliberal policies, marketisation trend is also seen in the welfare services of Turkey. Education, health, social security, hosuing services are supplied by state and also market actors, in the light of statistical informations the service trends is seem that marketisation increase in other words, markets take wider role.
