Abstract (EN)

A biochemical study was conducted on 150 samples infected with type 2 diabetes people aged (35-60) years and 50 samples of healthy people as a control group to assess the level of glucose, HbA1c and total lipids (HDL-LDL-VLDL-TG-Chol.) in the affected people compared with the control group. The results showed a significant increase in the level of glucose and HbA1c in the infected samples compared with the control group at a probability level of 0.05, as well as a significant increase in the level of cholesterol, triglycerides, harmful fats (LDL) and low-density fats (VLDL) at a probability level of 0.05, while There was a significant decrease at the probability level of 0.05 in the level of beneficial fats (HDL) in the affected samples compared with the healthy ones.
