Abstract (EN)

The study, conducted In Hawija district, Kirkuk during the winter season of 2021-2022, included an evaluation of the drip Irrigation system with four different types of drippers (T-Tape-GR-Turbo -Spiral), and three levels of operating pressure (0.75- 1.25-1.75 bar) to test two cultivars of red cabbage crop (Riva and Hannar). The land was divided into three replicates, and each replicate has 16 experimental units. The experiment was designed according to a completely randomized block design. Data were analyzed by using variance analysis and Duncan test (p<0.05). According to the results, the spiral type was significantly superior in all yield characteristics (number of leaves, fruit diameter, fruit weight and total yield). Riva cultivar achieved higher average values than Hannar cultivar in all yield traits. The dual interaction of the pressure and the droplet showed a significant effect In some of the studied traits, as the treatment of pressure 1.75 bar and the droplet was significantly outperformed in all the studied traits. In all the studied traits, in the binary interaction between drippers and cultivars, the treatment of spiral and Riva was significantly superior while the binary interaction of pressure 1.75 bar and Riva cultivar were significantly superior. In the tripartite interaction among the factors, pressure 1.75 bar, the spiral and the Riva cultivar were significantly superior in all traits.
