Abstract (EN)
Rho-associated kinase II (ROCK II) is an enzyme that is associated with various diseases and pathogenesis are transmitted by devaso contraction and vascular modeling. Rhokinase II is widely distributed in the AGC and in the brain, heart, and muscles. It is responsible for the contraction of vascular smooth muscle with calcium stimulation. The ROCK kinase isoforms were studied on the ROCK isoform and the main reason for selecting this isoform was that it has biological interaction network. In this study, it was aimed to determine the interaction mechanisms at the atomic level by performing molecular docking studies of 18 inhibitor constructs with Rhoassociated kinase II enzyme. This study will provide the design of more original and specific drug molecules against Rho-associated kinase II enzyme which causes many diseases by using in-silico methods and will shed light on the experimental studies to be done in this field.
