The effect of school managers experienced rotation on the organization quality

This study has been carried out in Istanbul in general, in Ataşehir, Bahcelievler, Bakirkoy, Pendik, Sancaktepe, Umraniye, Uskudar in special, to discover the effect of school managers whose positions replaced on the quality of organisation.The examplary of this research has been out of 263 teachers in 125 primary schools in İstanbul in general, in Ataşehir, Bahcelievler, Bakirkoy, Pendik, Sancaktepe, Umraniye, Uskudar in special, im 2011-2012 education year.The arithmetic averages and standard deviations of sub-factors in the scalas have also been stated and declared in order to find out the effects of school managers positions of whom replaced. Apart from this the difference between their understanding levels and individual properties have been investigated.It has been tested whether there exists a difference or not in the results taken using the scalas, depending on the varieties of subject teachers? sex, branch, educational level, the duration they experienced in the schools.At the end of the difference tests, while a significant statistical distinction (p less than 0,5) about some demographic variants has been found out among the sub-groups, it hasn?t been discovered any important statistical distinction in some other groups.Key Words: Rotation, work rotation, organizational health, organizational leadership, organizational wholeness, organizational identity, school health, the manager of school
