Examining the relationship between mental intelligence,personality traits and professional commitment according to the teachers' views

In the study, it was aimed to examine the relationship between teachers' spiritual intelligence levels and their professional commitment level, and for this purpose, first of all, the literature on the subject was searched. Afterwards, the teachers' spiritual intelligence scale and professional commitment scales were applied and the findings were analyzed with the SPSS data analysis method. As a result of the evaluations, it was observed that the total scores of the sub- dimensions of the mental intelligence scale did not show a significant difference in terms of gender and age, and the participants' professional commitment scale sub-dimensions; It was concluded that there was no significant difference in the total scores of occupational pleasure, social achievement, professional career and professional commitment scales according to gender and age. In addition, as the total scores of the participants' spiritual intelligence scale, which are the sub-dimensions of understanding the spiritual dimension of life, metaphysical awareness, entering a state of high consciousness and awareness, awareness, production of personal meaning, and spiritual intelligence scale increase, the total scores of professional pleasure, professional career, and professional commitment increase. between.
