Abstract (EN)
Turkestan Region has become a field of struggle by many nations since it is located on important trade routes. After the Industrial Revolution, the inter-circuit struggle increased with the colonial system brought about by the need for raw materials and markers. It has become the target of Russia who just started developing its industry and who needs economic resources and wnts to prove itself. Since other European countries completed their industrialization early and put geographies with precious metals under their domination, only West Turkestan was left as Russia's share. West Turkestan Region included four khanates, Kazakh, Bukhara, Khıva (Harezm) and Hokand. Khiva Khanate, XVI. In the first quarter of the century, it was established in the Harezm Region by İlbars and Baybars inns, known as Arapshah, descendants of Şiban. As a result of the struggle of the Khanates of dominate each other, an authority gap in order to establish their domination in the region. Russia was the Khıva Khanate, which she had the most difficulty in her struggle against the khanates. The city, between Karakum ve Kyzylkum Deserts, which includes the Harezm Region, has a two-sided protection area surrounded by huge walls from the outside. Russia has undertaken an intensive preparation for occupation to lift this shield.
