S. Prokofiev and Op. 80 No.2 fa Minor Violin-Piano Sonata

Sergei Prokofiev is an important composer and pianist of the-20th century. Although political circumstances such as the October Revolution, the Second World War and the founding of the USSR, he composed many Works for the violin repertoire. This paper about S. Prokofiev's Sonata for Violin and Piano Op. 80 No. 1, directing the subject in this first part; focuses on the composer's biographical data, his understanding of music and violin Works. The second subject of the study the formal analysis of the work and, in the last part of the study, suggestions for vocalization were presented.
