Abstract (EN)
In this study, thermoluminescence characteristics of both pure and doped Bi4Ge3O12 (BGO) with Nd for different concentrations and Eu at 3 ppm have been analyzed. Fort this reason, all samples are exposed to X-ray for different doses (300, 600 and 900 Gy) and heated with different heating rates (2, 5 and 10 oC/s) in the 50-400 oC temperature ranges. Thus effect (role) of exposed dose and heating rate is investigated for TL peaks. The temperatures of the glow peaks are seen at 110 oC ve 250 oC for pure BGO crystal induced by X-ray irradiation. As regard to doped with rare-earth it has been seen that Nd and Eu doped has been contributed at 250 oC and 110 oC respectively.
