Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to determine the effect of workload on the motivation of health workers. The population of the study consisted of health professionals. The sample of the study consisted of 315 health care workers. A questionnaire was used as data collection tool. Questionnaires of the questions related to demographic information, consists of a workload scale and work motivation scale. The data analysis was conducted in SPSS 16 software. Data analyzed by frequency, percentage, average and standard deviation as descriptive statistics and t-test, ANOVA and Pearson correlation was utilized in the test statistics. When the relationship between workload and motivation, the motivation has been found to be inversely affect the workload. Workload increases motivation, perception of health workers is decreasing.
