Abstract (EN)
Growing competition increases the pressure on product development, manufacturing and service organizations, continuously. Today, health sector like the other sectors focuses on continuous improvement activities. Health institutions develop new applications to improve patient and staff satisfaction. In Health institutions, one of the methods to provide patient satisfaction is establishing communication among patients, their relatives and nurses. In this sense, nurses have a place in this relation. Informing patients and their relatives about their treatment process, reporting problems about their health in a more comfortable way, responding of the patient's treatment process, and keeping up to moral levels of patient's relatives and in situations like this, the quality of relations among nurse, patient and their relatives play a key role. In this study, relationships among nurses, patients and their relatives will be evaluated. Additionally, shortcoming about this issue and the sides of this issue, which must be developed, will be presented.
