Abstract (EN)
Research, dismissed the motivation and productivity of health care workers in the framework of the general literature, the mass of the sample by selecting a specific health care data obtained from a sample of this literature by examining compliance and potential non-compliance have been explained. Health workers should be kept separate from workers in other sectors. The services provided, the error may give unacceptable results. For this reason, health officials, a high level of motivation and work within an organization should be extremely mature. Motivate and although there is more than one method, according to data obtained from the application of healthcare workers, rather than being motivated is the importance of the charge. If we reach adequate wages, employee benefits and administration of intellectual freedom is considered to be extremely important motivational tool.
