A study on the analysis of the problems occurring between the providers and receivers of service in the healthcare sector

In this sectional study, the problems occurring between the service providers and receivers in the healthcare sector are analysed in light of the polls conducted among healthcare workers as well as patients.During the study, the concept of service and its features, the concept of healthcare and its features, hospitals, healthcare workers in hospitals, the concept of patient satisfaction and importance are emphasized. Following this introductory information, the problems of healthcare service providers and receivers are attempted to be determined with the data of the application conducted in Üsküdar Devlet Hastanesi (public hospital).
