Abstract (EN)
Fast pace developments, advances in technology, and globalism bring changes to the needs and expectations of the customers nowadays. As a result of this, companies must participate in innovations to stay ahead of the competition and to gain market share in the increasing competitive business environment.In this work, first, some of the studies on innovation in the service sector are provided. Then, applicable innovations of services and products in the health care field in Turkey are presented. Finally, what the senior level admin and the doctors in hospitals, as a backbone of health care system, perceive and think about innovation is evaluated.Keywords: Innovation, Service Sector, Health Sector, Hospitals
