Abstract (EN)
This study aimed to create a design guide for future virtual worlds based on four existing virtual environments: Roblox, Rec Room, Second Life, and IMVU. Through the use of autoethnography, these worlds were explored and examined by observing and analyzing their users. The emergence and development of the metaverse, and how it has expanded into social and economic aspects of daily life, were discussed. The benefits of incorporating principles of game design and architectural design, along with fundamental technologies for creating simulation worlds, were explored in the formation of these virtual worlds. The relationship between spatial design, principles of digital game creation, and the formation of these virtual environments were examined from the perspective of the user, considering how the concept of being both a player and a designer within these worlds has evolved with advancing technology.
