Abstract (EN)

In this study, it was aimed to determine chickpea varieties that can be grown in Şanlıurfa conditions and their important agricultural and plant characteristics. In the experiment it has been registered in Turkey; Azkan, Gökçe, İnci, Tavas, Arda, Aksu, Çağatay, Canıtez, Diyar-95, Işık- 05, Yaşa-05, Çakır, Akça and Hisar has used 14 chickpea varieties, including Hisar. The research was conducted with randomized block design with 3 replications. Plant height, first pod height, number of branches, number of pods, number of pods per grain, hundred seed weight and seed yield per decare were investigated in chickpea varieties. Chickpea varieties used in the research; plant height 39.08-48.39 cm, height of the first pod 28.82-38.87 cm, the number of branches 2.2-3.9 pcs / plant, number of pods 6.93-13.03 pcs / plant, number of pods per pod 0.88-1.45 pcs / pod, one hundred grain weight 39.82-29.52 g and grain yield per decare ranged between 140.66-398.70 kg/da. According to the data obtained from the study, the highest yield per decare was determined in Akça cultivar with 398.70 kg / da and the lowest yield per decare was found in Diyar-95 cultivar with 140.66 kg/da
