Abstract (EN)
Das Privatrechtrecht wird dominiert vom Vertragsrecht, die Ehe wird nach einer Ansicht ebenfalls als ein Vertag angesehen. Somit nimmt das Vertragsrecht im Privatrecht eine dominante Rolle ein. Auch aus diesem Grunde befasst sich diese Arbeit mit dem im Vertragsrecht klassischem Kaufvertrag wobei hier im Bereich Angebot und Annahme, insbesondere das Angebot erforscht wird. Auch die Willenserklärungen werden erörtert. Mit dieser Arbeit soll ein Verständnis für das Rechts System insbesondere das Privatrecht geschaffen werden.
