Abstract (EN)

ABSTRACTWith the developing technology, the measuring and test devices used in research, development and manufacturing have become important aspect which increases quality .The development of science and technology and the success of industrial application arerelated with the sensitive and reliable measurements. Nowadays, a lot of work named astechnological improvements have the output of quality, sensitive and reliable products.Traditional quality control techniques caused time and resource losses due to performing teststhe stage of production and for all products. Instead of in-process and final controls; processcontrols trought lower and upper specification limits for better quality end-products.Quality Systems, requires all the aspects of management systems from purchasing to after-sales service to be taken into consideration and controlled as a whole. Human power andfiscal resources needed for this requirement give us a wide opportunity of intervention toquality and costs. The temnperature control techniques? calibration methodologies have been reviewed in thisstudy. Information is given related to the determination of references and how to performprecise temperature measurements. General information on temperature measurementequipments and temperature sensors, temperature scales definition, performance of PlatiniumResistance Thermometer calibration have been explained. A simulation program forcalibration written and the data input and analysis facilitated.Key word: Temperature, calibration, platinium resistance thermometer, temperaturecalibrator, temperature sensors, temperature measurement techniques.x
