Sharia came to realize the interests of the' Masalih' of the worshipers, sooner or later, by adopting it to care for the necessities, needs, and refinements of the people. Undoubtedly, achieving this means achieving their interests, which proves to us that all the provisions of Sharia include interests, rules, and objectives; this can only be understood by those who delve into the knowledge of objectives, expand their discussions, and grasp their issues. Thus, this thesis deals with the impact of the Sharia Objective "Maqasid" in directing the Semantics, starting with the concept of the Sharia Objective, its types, and its importance. After that, it addresses the Semantics concept, the legitimacy of implementing the Objective 'Maqasid', and how the Objective affects the Semantics through specific rules so as not to create misalignment and conflict between texts and legal rulings. The thesis also discusses the division of rulings into those that are reasonable in meaning and those that are unreasonable in meaning. After this, it mentions some benefits of this division. It then defines the Text and the apparent meaning, along with the significance and types of each, and what these types mean. After that, it explains how the Objective affects their meanings, with examples of the applied meaning of each one. After this is completed, the thesis opens the chapter on the effect of the Objective 'Maqasid' in narrowing the meaning of words, including the general and the absolute meanings. It addresses the concept of the general and the absolute, explains their types and what is meant by these types, and then discusses the method of influence in their connotations, giving examples to clarify the above. Then, the thesis opens the discussion on the effect of the Objective in expanding the meaning of words/Semantics, which is limited to the meanings of the specific and the restricted. It mentions their concepts, explains their connotations, and then addresses the effect of the Objective in expanding their connotations, divided into theoretical and applied sides. As for the part concerned with command and prohibition, the thesis addresses their concept and significance, showing the effect of the Objective on them in analogy and application.
