Abstract (EN)
In this study, different biostimulant fertilizers were applied periodically from leaves and roots in addition to chemical fertilizers in soilless greenhouse tomato cultivation. The biostimulants used are amino acid, bacterial fulvic acid, chitosan and vermicompost. Cocopeat was used as a soilless cultivation substrate and Samyeli F1 was used as a tomato cultivar. Plants treated with biostimulant in the experiment were more successful than the control plant. The least tomato yield was obtained from the control application with 7.66 kg/m2. Vermicompost application with a total yield of 10.39 kg/m2, which had the greatest effect on the total yield, increased yield by 43% compared to the control. The biostimulant used in the experiment had an increasing effect on parameters such as plant height, stem diameter, dry matter content in the leaves, average fruit weight, vitamin C, total phenol, total flavonoids, titrable acid, EC and total soluble solids in tomato fruit. According to the macro and micro nutrient analysis on tomato plant leaves, it was observed that the biostimulants increased the uptake of N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, Zn and Cu. As a result, it was determined that the use of biostimulant in greenhouse soilless tomato cultivation increased plant growth, yield and fruit quality.
