Abstract (EN)

This study aimed to determine the effect of job stress levels on the cyberloafing behaviors of the managers working at travel agencies during working hours. The application was made to the lower, middle and upper level managers working in travel agencies. The research data were collected using a questionnaire prepared by using the Cyberloafing Scale consisting of forty items and the Job Stress Level Scale consisting of ten items. The research consists of four parts. In the first part, information on travel agent concept is given. In the second part, the concept of job stress and the concept of cyberloafing in the third part are given, and the work of job stress and cyberloafing is emphasized and the theoretical framework is established. In the fourth part, collected data about the effects of job stress levels of managers working in travel agencies on cyberloafing behavior during working hours were evaluated. According to the statistical analyzes and information obtained from the managers working in the travel agencies, managers were found to be in 'cyberloafing' activities and / or activities during working hours, even if they were 'weak' due to work stress. One of the sub-dimensions of the manager's general videotape is the result of "Using the Internet for Personal Learning" more than the other dimensions.
