Abstract (EN)

This study was carried out with the aim of determining the temperature and dissolved oxygen profile of Seyhan Dam Lake, located within the borders of Adana province, at 4 stations in the period of May 2018 - April 2019. Temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH, total dissolved solids, conductivity as well as light transmittance measurements were made at every meter from the surface to the bottom as monthly. Stratification in terms of temperature and dissolved oxygen has been detected in the lake during summer months. The dissolved oxygen profile was clinograd. pH, total dissolved solids and electrical conductivity did not change vertically. In terms of light transmittance, the lake is mesotrophic.
