Abstract (EN)
Mevlânâ Celâleddîn-i Rûmî is one of the most important Sufi poets of Classical Turkish Literature. Mevlânâ Celâleddîn-i Rûmî's Mesnevi, also known as Mesnevî-yi Manevî, is his most widely read work. The work consists of 6 volumes and is written in the form of masnavi verse. The first volume was written between 657-660/1259-1263 and the second volume was started to be written in 662/1264 and the whole work was completed close to Mevlânâ's death. The entire work consists of 25,618 couplets. The work is written in the "Fâilâtün- Fâilâtün- Fâilün" pattern of aruz. The moral and literary aspects of this work of Mevlânâ have a very important place in the fact that it has been among the most widely read works for centuries. Within the framework of Sufi understanding, while the subject of love is generally covered, there are also topics such as patience, diligence, tawakkul, knowledge, reason, perception, truth, form, etc. This work, which has the characteristic of being a didactic work, did not proceed in line with a certain plan. While telling a story, he reminded another story, while telling the story he reminded, he touched on another event, then touched on the first story again and dwelled on the first story. With this style, he created an intriguing and gripping effect on the readers. In addition, his work is of great importance not only for Turkish literature but also for the Islamic world. Mevlana enriched his work by including in his Masnavi the thought structures formed until the 13th century, verses and verses that came to life, and anecdotes. Many studies have been done on this important work. The most important of these are the commentaries that provide a better understanding of the Masnavi. These works present us in detail what kind of a mindset Mawlānā had and what is intended to be explained in the couplets. Our study includes the transcribed text and analysis of the "201a-240b" varaks of Seyyid Mehmed Ali's "Mesnevî-yi Ma'nevî" commentary on the Masnavi.
