With the help this study the statesman Who were born in Kırşehir and served in Ottoman bureaucracy in 19th century will be discovered. The basic resource of the survey will be İstanbul Prime Ministry Ottoman Archives. 77 people born in Kırşehir and served in the fields of administration, law, education, healt, security as were determined in archive books. With the help of this study not only the statesmen born in Kırşehir but also salary policy, education system; assignation, constitution and deposition applications; offenses and punishments; decorations for officers of the term are given.
