Abstract (EN)

The thesis is organized in 8 chapters. In the first chapter, general information is given about Cryptology, Symmetric encryption, Asymmetric encryption and General Integral transformations. In the second part, the encryption and decryption processes of symmetric encryption methods Caesar Cipher method, Vigenere Encryption Method, Vernam Encryption Method, DES encryption Standard and AES Encryption Standard are introduced and various examples are given. In the third chapter, the encryption and decryption algorithms of Diffie-Hellman Key Exchange, RSA encryption Method, El-Gamal Encryption Methods, which are asymmetric encryption methods, are introduced and various examples are given. In the fourth chapter, different transformations such as Laplace, Sumudu, Elzaki, Aboodh, Mohand, Sawi, Kamal and Jahfari Integral Transform (General Integral Transform) are introduced and the basic features of these transformations are included. In the fifth chapter, the Application of General Integral Transformation in Vigenere Encryption Method is included and explained with various examples. In the sixth chapter, the Application of Sawi Integral Transformation in Vigenere Encryption Method is included and explained with various examples. In the seventh chapter, the New Encryption and Decryption Algorithm was created using the features of the RSA Encryption Method and Laplace Transform and is explained with various examples. The conclusion is given in the eighth chapter.
