Abstract (EN)

88Araştırmanın deneklerini Silahlı Kuvvetler Bando Okulları Komutanlığındagörev yapan 3 trompet öğretmeni ve bu öğretmenlerden ders alan 11 trompetöğrencisi oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada öğretmenlerin, öğrencilerin trompet eserlerinikurallara uygun çalma davranışlarını ödüllendirme becerilerini arttırmak amacıylabilgilendirme materyali hazırlanmıştır. Araştırmada verilerin toplanabilmesi içinöğrenci ve öğretmen hedef davranışları belirlenmiştir. Öğretmen hedef davranışlarızaman aralığı kayıt tekniği ile hedef davranış kayıt formu kullanılarak kayıtedilmiştir. Öğrenci hedef davranışlarının kaydı için öğrenci hedef davranış kayıtformu geliştirilmiş, öğrencilerin trompet eserlerini kurallara uygun çalmadavranışları geliştirilen bu forma göre sayılmıştır.Araştırmada tek denekli araştırma yöntemlerinden değişen koşullar deseni(A,B,C) kullanılmıştır. Değişen koşullar deseni araştırmada başlama düzeyi (A),bilgilendirme evresi (B) ve dönüt verme evresi (C) biçiminde desenlenmiştir.Araştırmada başlıca şu bulgulara ulaşılmıştır; bilgilendirme ve dönüt vermesüreçlerinin başlama düzeyi kayıtlarına göre ödüllendirme düzeyi düşük olan birincive ikinci öğretmenlerin ödüllendirme becerilerinin arttırdığı, ödüllendirme düzeyiyüksek olan üçüncü öğretmenin ödüllendirme davranışı üzerinde dikkate değer birdeğişiklik yaratmadığı görülmüştür. Bilgilendirme ve dönüt verme süreçlerininuygulandığı eğitim programı ayrıca öğrencilerin trompet eserlerini kurallara uygunçalma davranışında önemli düzeyde artışa yol açmıştır.ABSTRACTThis study aims to investigate whether the procedures of informing andgiving feedback about how the teachers reward their students would increase toreward and to play trumpet appropriately and perform musical work as it is expectedin the Army Band Schools Command or not.89The subject population of this study consisted of 3 trumpet instructors at theArmy Band Schools Command, and 11 cadets being instructed by these 3 instructors.Within the content of the study, a teacher informing material was designed in aneffort to increase the skills of rewarding students? behaviors in playing the trumpetmusical work in accord with the rules.
