Abstract (EN)
SUMMARY In this thesis, the estimates of the maximal singular integral T^* f in terms of the singular integral Tf is emphasized. The inequality ?T^* f?_2?C?Tf?_2 in L^2 (R^n ) space is investigated. We obtain that such an inequality are hold for smooth homogeneous convolution Calderon-Zygmund operators. Thus we consider the higher Riesz transforms.
