The effect of company employees on AR-GE corporationand departments

In today's competitive conditions, technology development studies have become inevitable in terms of businesses. Technology development activities consist of very comprehensive activities. These include the transfer, use and production of technology. While the transfer of technology through technology contributes to technological progress in the short term, the effects in the long run are quite low. The most effective way to progress technologically in the long run is to produce the technology. At this point, R&D activities, which have an important place in technology management studies, are at the forefront. R&D efforts are costly and highly comprehensive, as well as risks to the business in terms of the long-term nature of its evolution. Taking advantage of R&D to minimize these risks to the minimum level depends on the systematic execution of activities and the measurement of R&D performance. It is a collection of related activities related to organizing, organizing and controlling activities related to technology management, management and technical expertise, and related activities such as technology transfer, research development, manufacturing, design, testing and advancing technology. In this study, evaluations of managerial processes of R&D and R&D are discussed. The study begins with the first chapter and gives general information about the definition of R&D, history and R&D supportive concepts. In the second part, the activities of R&D are mentioned. In the third part, positive and negative factors affecting R&D management and R&D management and management processes are given. In the fourth chapter, information about the method, the universe, the sampling and the analysis of the research is given. In the fifth chapter, the questionnaire survey on the attitudes of R&D department employees was carried out and their results were explained in tabular form and the results were evaluated.
