Abstract (EN)
Non-technical skills of flight crew and pilots have been defined as crew resource management skills since it was understood that flight accidents were caused by human rather than technical resources. As there are no available measurement devices to measure these skills, in this research crew resource magement attitudes were accepted as the basic indicators of these skills, and therefore predictive effects of these attitudes were examined in relation to crew resource management attitudes. The concepts of "hope", "optimism", "resilience", and "self-efficacy" refer to "psychological capital", and "interpersonal influence", "networking ability", "apparent sincerity", and "social astuteness" refer to political skills. It was investigated whether the pilots having these skills would contribute to the crew resource management attitudes. Within the scope of the research, the relationship between positive psychological capital, political skills and crew resource management attitudes of 192 pilots and their attitudes were examined by correlation and regression analyses. As a result of the findings, it was concluded that positive psychological capital negatively affects "individual performance in stress, fatigue and emergency conditions" dimension of crew resource management attitudes, and interpersonal influence-networking skill of political skills affects "communication, coordination and teamwork" dimension of crew resource management attitudes positively.
