Abstract (EN)
In this study, the definition, method and characteristics of the concept of civil disobedience are discussed in detail.The difference between civil disobedience and other forms of action has been determined and which actions could be called as civil disobedience is discussed.The political meaning of civil disobedience in different political systems has been evaluated in the context of the views of various political scientists and thinkers.
