Organisation and to stress the importance of these activities. The border of thisresearch has been made by the syndicates in Elazığ. The examples of the research have beenchoosen among the associations which are members of syndicates. The associations have beenchoosen by chance. This research contains all worker and official syndicates in Elazığ city. Atthe end of field research, it was observed that the expectations from civilion otority were highaccording to the views of experiment members and also it was observed that the activities ofcivil society organisations in the field of education socializations,culture and economy were anacceptable level compared with the activities of the school. The associations have stressed thatthe syndicates which they are in must take more important parts in many field. Among theanticipations of the associations it comes fare ground to be applied their opinions andrecommendation. The members which to bring to life their accumulation of experiences throughthis syndicates. The incompleteness of communication beetwen members, keeping less aboutthe member? opinion working fields of this syndicate are the most important problems.Keywords: Civil Society, civil society organisation, syndicate, organisation culture,educattion of adult.
