The relationship between the challenges encountered by classroom teachers while preparing an individualized education program their perceptions of competence

Education is defined as "the process of bringing about deliberate and desired behavioral changes through the interaction of the person with his/her environment, which begins with the person's birth and continues until his death" (Ertürk, 2017). In addition to building a society with individual and universal cultural values, one of the criteria of education is the parallelism between education levels and one of the criteria of development of societies. Education is one of the most basic cultural needs of individuals, and the desire for this need is increasing day by day. In order to meet this desire in the most natural way, societies create their own education systems (Günaydın, 2008).
