After the cold war European Union and Russia relations and the importance of geopolitics of Belarus: The energy factor

İn the New security atmosphere that emerged after the Cold War, the role of the European Union of Geopolitics will be investigated and tried to be revealed. The policy, military and economic measures that Russia wants to implement in the face of NATO enlargement will be analyzed. European Union soft power policy and cultural transfer issue will be reviewed in the historical process. İn the post War period, the importance of Jeopolitics Belarus between European Union and Russia and the economic relations with Russia and whether it can be an important actor in energy field between the East and the West since it is on the transit passegeway will be investigated. Economic and safety transportation of energy is the most important issue as much as its supply. Will Belarus get closer to Russia economicaly and politically or whether it will stay close to the EU, or as another alternative will it pursuie a balanced policy between the West and the East or maintain its policy will be investigated. Will Belarus, which needs Russia economicaly, and integrate with Russia in the future, or will it shape its policies as a strong independence state by using its geopolitical advantage between the European Union and Russia. İn this sense Belarus is one of the countries with a major importance in terms of reshaping of world balances.The concept of Classical Eurasianism and Neo-Eurasianism will be examined, and it will be tried to reveal how they will shape the effects on Belarus and the policies of European Union and Russia including the energy issue.
