On finite Klingenberg planes

In this Master Thesis, Projective Klingenberg planes which are generalizations of the projective planes are introduced and also fundamental information about local rings which are regarded as the algebraic correspondencesof the Projective Klingenberg planes. In particular, points and lines of the Projective Klingenberg plane which has been coordinatized by the dual local ringZ_4+Z_4 ε. The intersection points of the lines which are or not in the same neighborhood are studied separately. As the result, the fact that the intersection of the lines of different types will be a unique point is obtained algebraically. The intersection points of the same type lines were investigated by constructing some tables. Hence the characteristic properties of the Projective Klingenberg plane coordinatized by the dual local ring Z_4+Z_4 ε are obtained.
